2025 was another year in which the world continued to face challenges arising from economic volatility, geopolitical developments, and the accelerating transition toward a low-carbon energy system (Energy Transition). These factors have required businesses to strike a balance between ensuring energy security, fostering economic growth, and operating in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Asia Green Energy Public Company Limited (AGE) believes that \u201csustainability\u201d is not a choice between business growth and environmental stewardship. Rather, it is about achieving a balance between the two, enabling the Company to pursue stable and sustainable growth while creating shared value for all stakeholders over the long term.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Under its vision, \u201cTo be a leader in sustainable energy businesses, committed to environmental stewardship and caring for stakeholders,\u201d the Company continued to develop its businesses through four core business segments: Coal Business, Integrated Logistics Business, Sustainable Energy Business, and Low Emission Mobility Business. This diversified business structure is designed to create a balanced portfolio that addresses current energy security needs while capturing opportunities arising from the energy transition and the growth of future energy solutions.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n During the year, the Company delivered strong operating performance, generating total revenue of Baht 15,317.8 million and net profit of Baht 302.09 million, representing a significant improvement from the previous year. This performance reflected the Company\u2019s effective cost management, enhanced operational efficiency, and comprehensive risk management amid continued uncertainty in the global economy and energy markets.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Beyond financial performance, the Company continued to place strong emphasis on advancing its business under the ESG framework by integrating environmental, social, and good corporate governance considerations into its operations at all levels. These efforts encompass resource and environmental management, employee capability development and occupational safety, value creation with local communities, as well as conducting business with transparency and a strong commitment to good corporate governance and business ethics.
